Aviators & Airplanes

Hey babes! I hope you all had a marvelous Halloween! We sure did, and we outdid ourselves on the treats and junk food around here. I feel like I need a detox! I love me some candy, but I can only handle so much before I feel like I’m going to die of a sugar rush.

Last week Brett was out working on a job in Davis County, and we thought it would be fun to take the kiddos to The Hill Aerospace Museum while he was working there. It was a warm and sunny day, perfect for walking around outside. The weather has been so beautiful this Fall in Utah. I have always been a little bitter about living here because we hardly ever get a Fall season…it usually switches straight from Summer to Winter. But this season, our weather has been anything but a disappointment. It was a swell 78 degrees when we went to the museum, and windy as all get out! I’m usually not a fan of the wind AT ALL (hair in the lipgloss anyone? My biggest pet peeve!) but it totally added to the feel of the photos with the airplanes in the background.

And can I also mention that I’m obsessing over the fact that chokers are back in style? I’ve always had a secret love for them, and was a little sad when they stopped being cool when I was 10 years old.

Oh, and one more thing…this entire outfit is all Forever 21. Didn’t notice that fact until I was driving home from the museum. Totally wasn’t on purpose but wasn’t totally surprising; I love their prices and I love their clothes even more. Linked it all for you below.

Pregnancy #1 vs. Pregnancy #2

Guys, this is insane. I will be 39 weeks on Sunday! That’s like (counts on fingers) 3 days away!!!! Holy!!! It’s scary, exciting, exhilarating, relieving, terrifying, emotional and crazy all at the same time. I know I say this in every blog post/Insta post, but the time has FLOWN in this pregnancy. Just flown. He could be here any day now…that’s an extremely sobering thought. And my opinion about that changes almost hourly.
