Before I had my first baby, I, in the words of Taylor Swift, never ever ever ever worked out. Like ever. I would go through phases of working out for a couple weeks then I would fall out of them and not really care, then do it again a few months later. It was never important enough to me to keep up on. But once Dylan came and the baby weight that came along with him, something had to be done.
