Until you experience miscarriage, it’s hard to understand the pain, anguish and devastation it can bring. I went through my first miscarriage (I’ve had 3 total) back in 2015, and in this episode I talk about how I wish I would’ve been more open about it then, because keeping it to myself really made the entire experience so much more difficult. *Disclaimer: This episode gets slightly graphic at times.
